Is Foreign Aid good or bad?
Foreign Aid has been defined by many intellectuals or professionals for example according to investopedia defined Foreign aid as money that one country voluntarily transfers to another, which can take the form of a gift, a grant or a loan.
It is also defined as the voluntary transfer of resources from one country to another. It includes any flow of capital to developing countries. A developing country usually does not have a strong industrial base and is characterized by a low Human Development Index (HDI). The aid can be in the form of a loan or a grant.
