Top 5 Investment Opportunities in Tanzania

Developing countries that are well endowed with natural resources should use the revenues to increase wages and employment, boost private and public sector investment to bring economic development.
Tanzania being one of the developing countries has many amazing opportunities that can boost the economy but these potentials opportunities are not fully utilized for future generation. Below are top five Investment opportunities;

1. Telecom and ICT
2. Energy
3. Real Estate
4. Logistics and Warehouse
5. Agribusiness

If we effectively utilize these opportunities Tanzania will be far away in terms of development. Let’s encourage both local and international investors to utilize the mentioned opportunities effectively.

It is true Agape. Number 1, 2, 4 & 5 are highly potential opportunities. Number 3 it is potential but the ongoing booming of housing spots an alert on this.

According to National Housing Corporation say that, the current demand for housing in Tanzania is estimated at 200,000 houses annually, and a total housing shortage of 3 million houses. Additionally, Tanzanian housing sector’s fast-growing demand is mainly driven by the fast-growing Tanzanian population which is estimated to be 53.47 million and that is expected to more than double by 2050 while increasing its growing rate from the current 1.56 million per year to 2.98 million per year in 2025 according to the United Nations (UN).
So through these few exemplified reasons i still have hope that it's among the top 5 investing opportunity.
