The core genius carries the creative power of success because it is an area that you love to do and you operate with a unique ability. You do best what you love. It is easy to achieve what you want to accomplish because you do the best, and you love it.

Discover your Core Genius

An Entrepreneur can use the following steps and techniques to discover and live his or her Core Genius.  

Step 1. Spot your talent, passion & life purpose

Identify areas you are good at and the activities you are passionate about it. Ask yourself the following questions;

• What am I good at doing naturally?
• What do I love to do? 

Step 2. Identify activities or tasks you do with the best value and results

From the areas of your talent and passion, identify activities you do with the best value and results. Ask yourself the following question.

• What do I love and do the best? 

List all activities you love and do the best.

Step 3. Choose activities or tasks you love and do the best value.

Among activities, you listed in step 2, choose three activities you love and do the best.

Step 4. Choose activities or tasks you love and do the best.

Among activities, you listed in step 3, choose two activities you love to do and do the best.

Step 5. Choose activities or tasks you love to do and do the best.

Among activities, you listed in step 4, choose one activity you love to do and do the best. If you are 100% honest of your choice, you have discovered your core genius. Your core genius can be one or more activities.  

Work smart

Step 1. Plan smart 

Allocate in your schedule only activities that fall in your Core Genius. Plan to do only activities that you do best and you love to do. All activities that you do not do the best and you don’t love allocate to your subordinate or plan to outsource.

Step 2. Work Smart 

Work in the area of your Core Genius. Do the best what you love.  If you are good at writing, spend more time in writing. Delegate all activities out of your Core Genius.
