Cambridge Dictionary defines meditation as the act of giving your attention to only one thing, either as a religious activity or as a way of becoming calm and relaxed. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines meditation as the act of focusing on one’s thoughts, reflect on or ponder over. 

Meditation is the process of aligning your mind, body, and spirit to focus only on one thing you want to achieve. Meditation helps to improve the functionality of the body by generating positive thoughts, gaining clarity, and taping the deepest wisdom for creativity in you.

There is an unlimited power of success in meditation. Practicing meditation on the good things you want in your life allows you to tune your body, soul, and spirit to work with one voice and one goal. You attain the peak performance when the three pay attention to only one thing you want to accomplish. Human beings operate in a complete state when the body, soul, and spirit work together.

The meditation on good things you want in your life improves your immune systems, builds mental capacity, helps you to control stress, and access the deepest profound wisdom in you.

E etl (2018) shows that, Mindfulness and exercise training share similar mechanism that can improve global mental health, including adaptive responses to stress. That means meditation help to make your mind sound to come up with solutions.

 

 

The Aspects of Meditation

There are two aspects of meditation used in this book to clarify the creative power of meditation. If your body, mind, and spirit are departments in your organization, the body would be a unit, mind a department, and spirit the owner or managing director. From this example, the high-rank review meeting with solutions would include all departments and units that are body, mind, and spirit or soul. Your mind and body will be at the departmental meeting level.

The creative power of meditation on good things is like the high-rank review meeting of the company. The review meetings are more effective and productive when the managing director is present.  All challenges facing departments are assured to be heard and addressed when the managing director is there. The review meetings are the only forums where all departments and the managing director work together to address challenges and discuss new strategies to improve performance. For this reason, review meetings have a positive contribution to companies or individuals. A company that does not conduct review meetings might not attain peak performance.

 

If the external review meetings have the creative power of success in the company, the internal review meetings through meditation have the most significant influence on success. Practicing meditation is conducting high-rank review meetings within you. These high-rank internal review meetings help you connect to the most profound inner wisdom for creativity. The way you value the high-rank review meetings in your company or office, value more meditation which is the first strategic review meeting that every human being must conduct.

 

The Power of Departmental Review Meetings

Conducting a department or unit review meeting is like attending review meetings in your mind. The head of the department has limited power to address all challenges. Most units or departments prefer to have review meetings with the director or owner of the company. But there is a limited chance to have these kinds of review meetings. 

Dwelling on your mind or intellect review meetings in addressing challenges and establishing strategies will limit you. Your mind or intellect is limited to the environment. 

 

 

How to Practice Meditation

Entrepreneurs can use the following techniques to practice meditation on the good things they want to accomplish in their ventures.

 

Step 1. Create a vision or dream board

Create your vision or dream board for things you want to accomplish. Place it securely in your bedroom. Take a picture of the board and save it on the screen of your mobile phone or computer where you can easily see it every day. Read, visualize, and meditate on your Vision every day until you make it. Reading your vision board will keep your passion burning.

 

Step 2. Practice Meditation

Practice meditation for at least 30 minutes per day. It can be in the early morning or night few hours before sleeping.  It is the best option if you can practice twice per day, early in the morning and a few hours before sleeping. 

 

Step 3. Favorable environment

Stay in the presence of the right successful people and friends with a positive mindset. Use the right success resources, which include books, videos, and other publications to learn more.
